To get all the Regions, first open the tray. Then hit the random button, then the 1,0,2 & 3 number buttons. A config menu will appear. Hit enter on the cofig menu and you get DVD Region, BD Region & BD Profile on the menu. Go down to the BD Region and hit enter. You now can choose Region A, B or C. When you are finished watching your Blu-Ray remember to reset to Region A for USA made Blu-Rays. (Thanks Power) THIS IS THE GREATEST! Remember, you must follow instructions above exactly or the Region B or C blu-rays won't work. Be patient, you will get the all region configuration menu, and voila! You will be watching the best of Region A, B or C. As a collector, I now feel as though I can finally build the best movie collection I want, with no limitations. If a film you like is only available in England, for instance, it is playable on this machine, but NOT on standard U.S or Canada players. Thank you so much Orei! The instructions for configuring the regional settings could be a bit clearer, but all in all, a solid machine for watching those Region B and C imports! Many of my blu-rays will not even start in this player. All I get is a red screen with: "Warning your Blu-ray player requires an update in order to play this disc. Please visit your blue-ray players manufacturer's website and follow their instructions to update you Blu-ray player." Good luck finding a website for Icom let alone being able to download any updates that should be available but are not. Icom has also failed to return any e-mail attempts to try and rectify the problem. Save your money and buy from a company that will support its products.
