"First of all, we sincerely apologize for the defected diverter. To be honest, about 1 out of 200 customers has the same problem you have. We have already passed this issue to our engineers and they are now working on the molds in order to make sure the diverter is 100% non-defected." So far there are no leaks or cracks or chipped finishing. The heads are wide and it takes extra space and if you usually have one of those hanging soap holders over the shower head, it gets tricky to access the body wash that got stuck behind the shower heads. The connecting pipe is heavy duty. It's not one of those cheap plastic ones that break every two weeks.The control switch that changes the water flow from one head to another is a little tricky to access because it behind the main head and because the head is big you need to get your hand in a right position to be able to turn the switch.
