When I saw it, I could hardly wait to own one. I thought MOTOROLA had a real winner with this cell phone. It's appearance was sharp and eye catching. The features the phone had lived up to the appearance of the phone. Whenever someone saw the RAZR2 V9x I was using people would ask to hold it and see what it was like. I was very proud of the phone. While it was working, it worked great. Then the problems started.After about 6 (six) months the charging port started malfunctioning. About a month later the charging port failed completely. My great looking, eye catching, MOTOROLA RAZR2 V9X was dead, worthless and I had a 2 year contract. Too my surprise AT&T replaced the phone. Everything was great again, I thought. I received a "REFURBISHED" MOTOROLA RAZR2 V9X. Within about a month I could not receive calls on the phone. When I tried to answer the phone, nothing would happen. The key pad was not... The arrived two days late the from US mail and another two days late UPS pick-up when I sent it back (both service providers had excuses about the false information they recorded about attempts that did not take place). The person who ordered the return label from Amazon put the wrong reason for return (she stated that it was broken during transit not that it was the wrong item that had a manufacturing defect). The original order was supposed to be placed on the Amazon Store card but instead was placed on the wrong Visa account that will not support the full price if they continue trying to bill me there.
